About Stephanie
Rock your connections!
Painted rocks.
Pop-up books.
Jingles.What is all this?
It’s creativity — used on purpose.
For more than 25 years, I’ve used creativity to do one thing exceptionally well:
connect with people.
At work.
In relationships.
In difficult situations.
With people who don’t want to be reached.
How This All Started
I know what it’s like to want to connect — and feel like you can’t.
Early in my career, I worked in pharmaceutical sales. Then clinics began closing their doors to representatives. If I couldn’t see my clients, I couldn’t do my job. And if I couldn’t do my job… I wouldn’t have one.
So I had a choice.
Quit — or get creative.
I chose creativity.
That decision changed everything.
Instead of relying on scripts, statistics, and “the way things are done,” I started showing up differently. I thought outside the box. I found unexpected ways to reach people who lived in what I call Ivory Towers — and people who had quietly disconnected from the world altogether.
And it worked.
From Ivory Towers to the Human Heart
That curiosity about connection stayed with me.
Over time, my work expanded far beyond sales — into caregiving, working with people living with Lewy body dementia and Parkinson’s, and supporting patients in hospice care. I found myself connecting with people who were angry, resistant, grieving, or had lost their sense of purpose.
Again and again, creativity was the bridge.
Not performance.
Not persuasion.
Not pressure.
Presence.
What I Believe
We are all born creative.
Most of us just forget.
As we grow older, creativity gets labeled as silly, impractical, or unnecessary. We become more serious, more focused on outcomes, and more worried about saying the “right” thing.
But connection doesn’t happen when we’re focused on ourselves.
It happens when we show up:
genuinely
curiously
creatively
and fully present
That’s where the magic is.
What I Do Now
Today, I speak to audiences about creative connection — how to show up differently, listen more deeply, and build real relationships with anyone, anywhere, at any time.
I help people tap back into the creativity they already have so they can:
connect more authentically
reach people who feel unreachable
build trust without force
create meaningful interactions that leave a lasting impact
When you show up as your authentic self — curious, present, and truly listening — incredible bridges can be built.
And that’s what this work is really about.
