How This All Started

I know what it’s like to want to connect, and feel like you can’t.

Early in my career, I worked in pharmaceutical sales. I went from having people pay to see me perform to waiting hours just for a few minutes with a doctor. I quickly realized I had to learn how to connect in a completely different way, or risk failing.

That experience taught me something powerful: connection, not credentials, drives results.

Today, that’s the approach I bring to the organizations I serve.

What I Believe

We are all born creative.

Most of us just forget.

As we grow older, creativity gets labeled as silly, impractical, or unnecessary. We become more serious, more focused on outcomes, and more worried about saying the “right” thing.

But connection doesn’t happen when we’re focused on ourselves.

It happens when we show up:

  • genuinely

  • curiously

  • creatively

  • and fully present

That’s where the magic is.

What I Do Now

Today, I speak to audiences about creative connection and the connection code:

Curiosity, courage, and creativity: Three Steps To Turning Any Interaction Into Impact.
